Our resolution policies

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order please let us know by contacting us at gotoshi.shop@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at gotoshi.shop@gmail.com with photos.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At the moment we do not offer this possibility. If you are unsure about your size, please check our size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section. It may happen, although rarely, that an item is mislabeled. If so, you can let us know by writing to gotoshi.shop@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will exchange it or issue a refund.
